Education and Training
While completing my doctorate, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of patients and providers navigating complex challenges. Over time, I became increasingly drawn to understanding how individuals connect with themselves and adapt to life's pressures, leading me to focus on a deeply humanistic and dynamically informed philosophy towards healing and growth with advanced post doctoral training at Mount Sinai. I remain involved in training as an associate faculty member at Mount Sinai’s Icahn College of Medicine, where I supervise trainees and residents.
While not formal “education,” growing up between cultures has shaped how I embrace life’s in-between spaces and being human. Outside of work, I love quiet mornings with coffee, my husband, and our cat before exploring NYC’s unique creative energy.
